If you think programming is too hard to learn, then Scratch is for you. Scratch makes programming look easy as well as fun through the creation of storyboards and animation. Scratch was first developed at MIT and has proved to be popular across all ages. No knowledge of programming is necessary to learn Scratch and peer volunteers are at hand to assist participants through the process. Participants are thus able to express their creativity, share ideas, and work as a group. Here are some examples of projects our class has created in the past:
- Fruit Ninja
- Space attack
- Finding Nemo storyline project (Check it out here!)
- and More!
